Families may contact ReLife School for basic information.  However, student referrals to ReLife are made only by the special education administration of your student's respective school district.

If you are interested in exploring ReLife for your student, contact your home school district's special education department.

ReLife School provides academic opportunities for our students that promote school success and positive learning outcomes.

We work closely with our Partner Districts in an effort to collaboratively meet the needs of our students. ReLife prepares students for a stable transition back to their home district, postsecondary education, training placement, or alternative programming based on the IEP team decision.
